Diamond Line Delivery is a regional LTL shipping provider headquartered in Meridian, Idaho. We operate a network of terminals across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado and we’ve been at it since 2001. What keeps us moving? A commitment to service that goes beyond the delivery itself.

We’re a service-first Pacific Northwest LTL shipping provider. That means proactive communication, local support teams, and real transparency about how we perform. Our customers get fewer surprises, faster problem resolution, and a team that genuinely takes ownership of every shipment.

In 2014, Diamond Line became a partial ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). By 2016, the company was 100% employee owned. The decision came from a simple belief: the people who build a company should share in its success.

Every full-time employee earns ownership in Diamond Line, with no out-of-pocket contributions required. That has meant employees retiring with a decent nest egg in their accounts. It has also meant something less tangible but just as real: a workforce that genuinely cares about the outcome, because the outcome is theirs.
